We recently stayed at a hotel in the Santa Fe area and were incredibly impressed with the level of service we received. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They even arranged for a physician to come to the hotel when our daughter fell ill, providing us with peace of mind. Additionally, when we accidentally left some items behind, the hotel staff promptly sent them to us. The accommodations were excellent, and we felt right at home. we highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and comfortable accommodations.

For the price we paid, the value was exceptional - a nice room with good internet and the staff at the lounge were very friendly. The location was convenient with restaurants and a mall within walking distance. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and nice, going above and beyond to assist us. The breakfast and dinner options were really good and reasonably priced. The gym was clean and well equipped. the hotel met our expectations of a Sheraton.

The only drawback was the breakfast offerings. It would be better if they clarified the inclusions at check-in.

During my business trip, I had a comfortable stay at a hotel close to my place of work. The room was clean and spacious, with a large desk and fast Wi-Fi, which was perfect for my work needs. The hotel also offered a good selection of restaurants nearby, which made it easy for me to enjoy a pleasant meal without having to travel far.

While my stay at the hotel was satisfactory, I did notice that the decor of the room was outdated and could benefit from a refresh. the lack of natural light in the room made it feel a little dark and dull at times.

The room was spacious and had a separate living room area, which was a pleasant surprise. The bathroom was also large and had a great walk-in shower. Additionally, the hotel staff was very accommodating and bilingual, which made communication easier.

Despite being a loyal customer and requesting an early check-in, I was told that my room was not ready and had to wait longer than expected. When I finally got to the breakfast buffet, the service was also subpar.

Attentive and considerate service for seniors

I recently stayed at a business hotel in the corporate sector west of the city. The hotel staff showed exceptional care and consideration for my elderly relatives during their stay. They were warm, which was unexpected from a business-style hotel. The reception team, especially Miss Itzi Carrillo, Tania, and Julio, went above and beyond to assist with their needs. The location and facilities were also satisfactory, matching the Sheraton brand. I would recommend this hotel.

Not obvious to find.

Our stay was absolutely delightful! The hotel was ideally located in the business district and close to many good restaurants. We loved the proximity to the convention center and the view from our room was stunning. The room was spacious and had all the facilities we could ask for, including a large walk-in closet and a great walk-in shower in the bathroom. The service was impeccable, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of options to choose from. We especially loved the warm hospitality of the staff.

One of the amenities we wished we had was the option to change the TV channels to English, as this was not possible during our stay.

My Easter stay was simply fantastic! What I liked best were the complimentary breakfast and the gym facilities. The hotel is situated in a perfect spot, surrounded by shops and great restaurants. Additionally, the staff was very welcoming and friendly, which added to the entire experience.

While my stay was great overall, I was not a fan of the Mexican restaurant on location. They didn't accept credit cards, meaning that I had to bring my own cash to eat there, which was inconvenient.

Excellent Service and Beautiful Rooms

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Sheraton in Santa Fe. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the warm welcome at the front desk to the attentive waiters in the restaurant. Our room was absolutely beautiful and well-appointed, making us feel at home during our stay. Despite the slightly firm bed, we slept very well and had enough space to do some work comfortably. The gym facilities were impressive, and we particularly enjoyed the executive lounge for getting work done or enjoying a drink. The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs, and the wonderful staff at the front desk made our stay even more enjoyable. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and stunning rooms.
